Partiendo desde la pole position, el <strong>Cadillac #31 control\u00f3 la carrera de seis horas para poner fin a una sequ\u00eda de casi un a\u00f1o sin triunfos para la marca estadounidense<\/strong>. Jack Aitken mantuvo el liderato desde la salida y, aunque una estrategia en pits bajo una de las primeras banderas amarillas lo releg\u00f3 brevemente, su ritmo superior le permiti\u00f3 recuperar la punta en la pista. Una vez en cabeza, tanto Aitken como sus compa\u00f1eros, Frederik Vesti y Earl Bamber, manejaron la competencia con autoridad a trav\u00e9s de m\u00faltiples neutralizaciones, construyendo una ventaja s\u00f3lida que supieron defender hasta la bandera a cuadros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada fue redonda para Cadillac, que no solo se llev\u00f3 la victoria, sino que tambi\u00e9n asegur\u00f3 la segunda posici\u00f3n. El coche #10 de Ricky Taylor y Filipe Albuquerque lleg\u00f3 a liderar la carrera gracias a la estrategia, pero no pudo contener el ritmo del coche hermano. A pesar de sufrir un pinchazo que los hizo perder una vuelta, supieron aprovechar una bandera amarilla para recuperarse y luchar hasta el final por el doblete. Por otro lado, la gran historia de recuperaci\u00f3n fue la del Acura #60 de Tom Blomqvist y Colin Braun, que remont\u00f3 desde el \u00faltimo lugar de la parrilla hasta un impresionante tercer puesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La competencia, como es habitual en las carreras de resistencia, fue una prueba de estrategia y supervivencia. Las numerosas banderas amarillas obligaron a los equipos a adaptar constantemente sus planes de paradas en pits, premiando a aquellos que supieron leer mejor la carrera. La victoria del Cadillac #31 fue un claro ejemplo de c\u00f3mo combinar la velocidad en pista con la correcta ejecuci\u00f3n en los pits para sobreponerse a las interrupciones y mantener el control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las otras categor\u00edas, la victoria en LMP2 fue para el Oreca #11 del equipo TDS Racing. En una batalla muy re\u00f1ida en las clases GT, el Ford Mustang #64 se impuso en GTD Pro, mientras que el Ferrari #70 de Inception Racing se llev\u00f3 los honores en GTD.
