La victoria fue para ‘Nole’, quien elimin\u00f3 a ‘Carlitos’ en cuatro sets con 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 y 6-4 en el marcador para alcanzar su semifinal n\u00famero 50 en Grand Slam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Novak comenz\u00f3 agresivo, decidido a maracr su territori\u00f3 y logr\u00f3 quebrar al espa\u00f1ol apenas comenz\u00f3 el encuentro para conseguir una ventaja de 2-0; sin embargo, Alcaraz r\u00e1pidamente se recupero y logr\u00f3 dar la vuelta al encuentro para llevarse el primer parcial del cual Djokovic sali\u00f3 lastimado y tuvo que ir a revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque Djokovic sali\u00f3 vendado de la pierna, el momento de Alcaraz se enfri\u00f3 y fue el serbi\u00f3 quien retom\u00f3 el terreno que hab\u00eda perdido. Dos quiebres en el primer y \u00faltimo servicio de Carlos le dieron a Novak la victoria en la segunda parte y empate 1-1 en el encuentro. El juego adem\u00e1s de f\u00edsico se volvi\u00f3 mental y el espa\u00f1ol comenzaba a perder la calma, situaci\u00f3n que no ayud\u00f3 a su juego y permiti\u00f3 que ‘Djoker’ se colocar\u00e1 2-1 en el encuentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El \u00faltimo set no fue carente de intensidad, y fue cuando tanto el cuerpo como la mente jugaron un papel importante, pues Novak logr\u00f3 quebrar a su rival en el primer servicio as\u00ed como pudo resistir los intentos de quiebre, situaci\u00f3n que le permiti\u00f3 sobrellevar el encuentro y enfocarse en sus servicios.
