Despu\u00e9s de una pausa de varias semanas tras la ronda de M\u00f3naco, los pilotos de la <strong>Formula 2<\/strong> se enfrentaron a una sesi\u00f3n de clasificaci\u00f3n muy re\u00f1ida en Montmel\u00f3. Este incidente obligar\u00e1 a Barnard a comenzar ambas carreras desde la parte trasera de la parrilla. Tras la reanudaci\u00f3n, Isack Hadjar impresion\u00f3 con su velocidad, superando temporalmente a Aron, aunque finalmente Aron recuper\u00f3 la primera posici\u00f3n con un tiempo de 1:24.766. Ritomo Miyata, Joshua D\u00fcrksen, Juan Manuel Correa, Victor Martins y Kush Maini completaron los diez primeros.
