Fue pres<strong>idente de la Confederaci\u00f3n Brasile\u00f1a de Automovilismo<\/strong> entre 1987 y 1991, y <strong>apoy\u00f3 la carrera de su hijo Christian<\/strong>, quien tambi\u00e9n compiti\u00f3 en <strong>Formula 1<\/strong>, <strong>IndyCar<\/strong> y otras categor\u00edas. <strong>Wilson tambi\u00e9n era el t\u00edo de Pietro Fittipaldi<\/strong>, actual piloto de reserva de Haas en Formula 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La noticia de su muerte caus\u00f3 conmoci\u00f3n y tristeza en el mundo del automovilismo, que expres\u00f3 sus condolencias y homenajes a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales.
