Salvo algunos adelantamientos en la zona media y trasera de la parrilla, todo se mantuvo igual. Los pilotos optaron por <strong>una estrategia conservadora<\/strong>, <strong>sin arriesgar demasiado sus monoplazas<\/strong>, pensando en la carrera del domingo. <strong>El \u00fanico abandono fue el de Lance Stroll<\/strong>, que se sali\u00f3 de pista en la vuelta 17 por problemas t\u00e9cnicos.
